Pricing
Investment in Authenticity, Not Compromise
Our prices reflect twenty years of expertise, authentic materials, and master craftsmanship. We don't compete on price—we compete on quality that authenticators struggle to distinguish from genuine Hermès.
Why We Don't Publish Prices
Understanding Our Pricing Philosophy
At HAC Hermes, pricing is provided upon direct consultation. This isn't to create mystery—it's because every bag is handmade to order with variables that significantly impact cost: leather type, hardware finish, size, exotic skins, and current material availability.
"We reserve the right to refuse providing prices if, in our sole judgment, we believe you do not qualify as a customer. Our clientele consists of serious Hermès collectors who understand the value of museum-quality craftsmanship."
Custom Variables
Every bag is unique. Leather type (Togo, Clemence, Box Calf, exotic), hardware finish (palladium, gold), and size all affect pricing. We provide accurate quotes based on your exact specifications.
Material Availability
Premium HCP leather and authentic hardware availability fluctuates. Our pricing reflects current market conditions and ensures we never compromise on material quality.
Qualified Clientele
We serve serious collectors with the industry's largest customer database. Direct consultation ensures we're working with clients who appreciate and understand authentic quality.
Discretion
Public pricing invites unwanted attention and comparison shopping with inferior products. Our clients value privacy and appreciate personalized service over mass-market transparency.
Why Our Prices Aren't the Lowest
You Get What You Pay For
"Our prices aren't the lowest because we supply 100% authentic quality. We don't cut corners, substitute materials, or rush production. Every bag is crafted to pass the scrutiny of experienced authenticators."
Reference Library
Our factory purchases original Hermès bags every year as reference standards. This ongoing investment ensures every detail matches current Hermès specifications.
Leather Inventory
We carry an inventory of Hermès leather skins from HCP—the same tannery supplying Hermès. Authentic materials cost significantly more than standard leather.
Master Craftsmen
We employ four former Hermès master craftsmen on full-time salaries higher than the brand pays. Expertise of this caliber commands premium compensation.
Authentic Tools
We use authentic Vergez Blanchard tools—the historic French supplier to Hermès. Every edge, stitch, and detail is created with the same implements as genuine pieces.
Premium Hardware
We use the highest quality precious metal materials for hardware with manual engraving. Weight, finish, and microscopic markings match Hermès specifications exactly.
Traditional Methods
Every bag is hand-sewn using Hermès traditional saddle stitching with authentic RIRI zippers and Fil Au Chinois thread. Hand-craftsmanship takes time and skill.

Our Non-Negotiable Standards
What Justifies Our Pricing
100% Handmade
Every bag is crafted entirely by hand by one master artisan from cutting to final finishing. No machines, no assembly lines, no shortcuts. This is how Hermès made bags a century ago—and how we make them today.
TraditionalFormer Hermès Craftsmen
Our artisans aren't trained to replicate Hermès—they ARE former Hermès craftsmen with 15-25 years of experience in Hermès ateliers. They bring institutional knowledge impossible to replicate through observation.
AuthenticExact Materials
We use the same materials as Hermès: HCP leather, Vergez Blanchard tools, Fil Au Chinois thread, RIRI zippers. Not "similar"—identical. This is why our bags pass authentication checkpoints.
GenuineQuality Over Speed
We don't rush production. Each bag takes 150+ hours of skilled labor. We maintain quality standards even when it means longer wait times or turning down rush orders.
PatientEra-Specific Accuracy
Hermès details evolved across decades. We match your bag to specific years—stitching patterns, hardware weights, stamp placements. Collectors notice when details are wrong; we get them right.
PreciseAuthentication-Grade
Our bags are crafted to pass the scrutiny of professional authenticators. UV-reactive packaging, correct stitching tension, exact measurements—every checkpoint covered.
